We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
- has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it;
- is unsafe;
- is significantly different from the sample or description; or
- doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.
If the problem is not major, we will replace the item within a reasonable time, if we are not able to replace it within a reasonable timeframe, you may opt for a refund.
Please keep your proof of purchase - e.g. your receipt.
If you wish to cancel an order you have placed, please call us immediately. All orders cannot be cancelled once shipped, we aim for same day shipping therefore it's important you contact us as soon as possible.
If products in your order are out of stock, will contact you to advise when they are likely to ship, at which time you can cancel your order if this is not suitable.
Credit Card Refunds
While we endeavour to process credit card refunds on the same day, please allow up to 2 days for us to process your refund. This refund once processed is subject to normal bank clearing processes which do not always occur instantly and are out of our control but as a guide should settle in your account up to 3 days after processing.
